To ensure the best experience and results during your visit, please take a moment to review the following important updates and guidelines: NO REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY All sales and services are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction, change of mind, late arrivals, or failure to show. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times with proper 48-hour notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-call/no-shows, will result in a charge of up to 20% of the scheduled service price. • Failure to comply may require full payment before future bookings. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows result in loss of income and time that cannot be recovered. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy. ✨ Before Your Chemical Service Appointment (24–48 Hours in Advance): Help us protect your scalp and achieve the best results by following these simple tips: 🧴 Avoid Scalp Irritation: Please refrain from scratching, shampooing, or brushing your scalp aggressively. 🚫 Minimize Sensitivity Triggers: Avoid intense workouts, caffeine, and tight headwear that can cause scalp sensitivity. 💬 Share Any Scalp Concerns: Let us know if you’ve had recent chemical treatments or are experiencing any tenderness, sores, or other scalp issues. 📅 Saturday Appointment Policy Effective Feb 1st Saturdays will be reserved exclusively for our existing Shortcut and Relaxed clients Shampoo & Style only services will be offered. If booked for any other services will be cancelled or rescheduled. 📆 Wednesday Policy Update: Please note that Wednesdays are exclusively reserved for Weave and Camouflage Services. To ensure the time and attention required for these detailed services: Only clients receiving a weave or camouflage service may book on Wednesdays. Appointments for other services scheduled on Wednesdays will be subject to cancellation. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and efficient schedule for everyone. CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments may be rescheduled with the same deposit if notice is given at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Deposits may only be transferred once when rescheduling. • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit cannot be transferred and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book again. • No-shows will also require a new deposit to rebook. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and schedule — it allows me to serve all clients more efficiently. Recording Notice: For safety, quality, and marketing purposes, video and/or photos may be recorded inside the salon. Some footage may be used for educational or promotional content. If you prefer not to be featured on social media, please let me know before your service begins, and I’ll make sure your privacy is respected. Please note that you may still appear in the background of general salon footage.
